Eliza Hotel

Eliza Hotel is peaceful and quaint, but still close to everything. Sultanahmet attractions are within walking distance, with restaurants and interesting shops a few minutes away on the main road. The tram station is nearby for going farther afield. We slept well in the clean rooms, and daily room service was good. Breakfast had a nice variety and tasted great. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, including making transport booking easy. Thanks to Eren, Enes, Ramazan, the managers, and everyone else for their hospitality. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

The streets here are narrow, cobbled, and busy, with shoe shops everywhere, hundreds of them. If you don’t enjoy a lively area, this may not suit you. For me, the location was ideal: at most a five-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar and even closer to the T1 tram line, with the main tourist sights centrally located nearby. My room was comfortable and spacious, with air conditioning, a fridge, kettle, bottled water, and a safe. Breakfast is mostly continental, and I found there was enough choice. There are steep steps from the street to the entrance, then a lift to all floors. I’d stay here again.

The staff were friendly and nice, and they arranged a taxi for us easily. My family and I stayed at Eliza hotel, close to the Grand bazar, Blue mosque, and lots of other tourist attractions. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a delight, with plenty of options and very nice drinks. It was a convenient, very nice stay, and I’d recommend it.

I was very happy with my 9-day stay at Eliza Hotel. It’s a cozy, personable place to return to after a day out enjoying the sights and sounds. The location is a real highlight, just around the corner from the main area of Sultanhamet and the T1 tram line, with easy access to popular sights and local areas. The breakfast team, front desk, and housekeeping were diligent about the small things that make guests feel looked after. I tipped housekeeping and the breakfast team each day, then again midway through and at the end of my stay, and they seemed to appreciate having their efforts recognized. On day 8, I added two photos to show the housekeeping staff’s very good standards for cleanliness and tidiness.
