On 07.08.2025, staff at Tree House Otel went into my mother's room without permission, searched her personal belongings, then put her out and moved her to another room without her consent or any explanation. Completely unacceptable. We had first checked in at Riverland Suites, where the staff were welcoming. They didn't have enough rooms, though, and “recommended” their partner, Tree House Otel, so we booked two rooms there. The staff at Tree House Otel were rude, unprofessional, and completely untrained. The manager was useless, with no apology or accountability. Tree House Otel is a disgrace, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The only good part was Ramazan from Riverland Suites. He was incredibly kind and helpful, came with us, helped us check out of that nightmare, and brought us back to Riverland, where we were treated with respect. Total disaster. Stay away!

Marley was such a sweet host, always answering our questions with care and respect and going out of his way to help us with what we needed. The neighbourhood felt very safe, even when we walked around at 2:00 AM, and there were loads of great places to eat nearby. It's only a short 10-minute walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We had a lovely stay at the “Treehouse Hotel”. The room was on the small side, but really clean, cosy, and comfortable, just right to relax in after a long day exploring the city. Highly recommend it for a visit to Istanbul. We'd love to come back.

We spent 7 days here, and it was great the whole time. The location is right in the middle of everything, so getting around was easy. The beds were comfy, and the shower's hot water was amazing. Marley welcomed us and was a great host throughout. Would definitely recommend :P

For such a good price, the location is amazing, about a 10-15 minute walk to everything central. Marley was super helpful whenever we had an issue and sorted it out quickly.
