Torch Suit

They were very flexible about checkout and even upgraded our room when we asked. The staff were polite, helpful, and did their best to welcome us. Our room was clean when it was given to us. I appreciated the hospitality, had a good stay, and will consider booking again next time.

I’d never stay here again. The rooms were dirty, and our first one didn’t even have a window. The walls are paper thin, and every night there were loud sounds of people ‘making love’. No chance of sleep.

I was threatened, intimidated, and eventually kicked out of the hotel. One man, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, was white, with spiked hair, a light beard, and sharp, clear eyes. He spoke to me rudely, threatened me, then threw me out. When I went to the manager, she did nothing about it. I’d expected at least a decent hotel, but the experience was the complete opposite. It’s one of the worst places I’ve stayed in across all the countries I’ve visited. I was deeply disappointed and emotionally hurt, and it led me to cut my vacation in Turkey short. I fully intend to file a lawsuit over what happened. These people need to be held accountable. Their behavior hurt me emotionally and also tarnishes the image of their country. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel under any circumstances. I plan to file a lawsuit against them. Thank you.

The room was small, smaller than we expected, and in poor shape, with crumbling walls and a cigarette smell. The mattress sheet had a black stain, and there was hair on the bed, the lever, and in the shower. The air conditioning was unbearable. Turning on the bathroom light caused an annoying noise that made it hard to stay in there. The room had so little sound insulation that it felt like sleeping right outside in the bar. The street was noisy and full of bars, and we couldn’t sleep until 3am. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. I trusted the site reviews, but they seem misleading. THE ROOM WAS SHORTY! Don’t trust this hotel’s reviews. IT IS HORRIBLE. TO RUN AWAY!!!!
