That little terrace out front became one of my favorite spots. I could sit there with coffee or a cold Coke and watch the Istanbul street life go by. The street outside the window was lively, though the hotel itself was pleasantly quiet. My room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious by Istanbul standards. I stayed a little over a week, and those were some of the best days of my trip. The breakfast selection wasn’t huge, but it was plenty for me. I especially liked the tasty cheeses and the bread basket. The managers and the rest of the staff were also wonderful, always ready to help. Whatever I needed, at any hour, they handled it quickly and professionally. I had such a fantastic stay that I’ll choose this hotel again when I return to Istanbul. Thank you, dear Dosso Dossi Hotel, for making the trip special. I already miss the place 🫶🏽

The food was a real highlight, fresh and delicious with plenty of variety, and the location made it easy to get around. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and always smiling, so I felt well looked after. Everything was spotless, from the room to the shared areas and facilities. I had a great stay from beginning to end, and I’d happily return and recommend the hotel.

I always stay at Dosso Dossi Hotels Laleli when I come to Istanbul. I still haven’t found anywhere better, and my trips keep starting here. Getting around is easy, with the tram, metro, and buses only a few steps away. The hotel feels like a family because of the kind, attentive staff. A special thank you to Melih Bey, whose warm smile and caring manner made me feel safe, welcome, and at home. He’s the best manager I’ve met. The rooms are cozy and wonderfully warm, which is great if you get cold easily. They’re kept spotless, and the hot water never cuts out. Breakfast is always excellent, varied, and made with quality ingredients. I especially love the fresh, flavorful, comforting çorba (soup). I don’t consider other places when I’m in Istanbul. It’s Dosso Dossi Laleli for me, highly recommended with all my heart ❤️

The room was underground, with hardly any air, and it felt impossible to breathe. The bathroom lights were broken and there was no air conditioner remote. I booked online, but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. A barn would be better.

My ground-floor room had no window, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Reception didn’t help or seem willing to do anything about it. A very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t stay here again and can’t recommend the hotel.
