Maybe the regular rooms are decent, but the one they gave us was cold, filthy, and nasty. It ruined our vacation, and they refused our refund request. It’s sad that the owners of a hotel named after Makkah would deceive customers.

Riyadh looked after us from beginning to end and made sure everything was just right. His service was outstanding, professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for.

I had room 404, and Riyadh was wonderful: such a nice, friendly person, always smiling, helpful, and generous. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and perfect, with lots of different foods and drinks. Special thanks to the restaurant staff! For sure, I’m coming back!

The sheets were stained, the rooms were dirty, and nobody had cleaned the bathroom before we arrived. When I asked for a clean or a different room, staff said that wasn’t possible and handed me a “clean” sheet that was stained too. They also pressure you to leave a five-star review.
