The room was far smaller than it looked in the pictures, and the furniture had stains. The TV was very outdated, with only Turkish channels working. I asked for scrambled eggs and was charged an extra 400 TL, but they weren’t even good. Staff said they only used cheese, eggs, salt and pepper because onions weren’t available. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. It was hotdogs, fried bread, two kinds of bread, boiled eggs and salad, which hardly seemed like a buffet. I also don’t understand how this is rated 4 stars. I’ve stayed in much better 3-star hotels and wouldn’t recommend this one. We told staff at 10 AM that we’d leave the room in an hour and put the “Please Make Up Room” sign on the door, but when we got back at 6 PM it still hadn’t been cleaned.
