Room service was quick and professional, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the electric jacuzzi made it even more relaxing. From the moment I arrived, everything went really well. The facilities were amazing, and the place had a welcoming, luxurious feel. I had a very good stay and would gladly return. I'd recommend it to anyone after comfort, quality, and a five star experience.

The smell in the room was nauseating. There was a small window, and fumes from the fans in the rooms below could come in through it. Our room had no fan, and there was no bathroom window either. The rooms don't look like the photos at all, barely enough space for a suitcase, and the bathrooms were tiny and dirty. One of the worst experiences of my life, this doesn't even feel like a one star hotel. I'm also posting a video of what happened around midnight, when the TV was turned on in a nearby room.

The rooms were very clean and get cleaned every day. Reception was really helpful, and there was even free swimming in a cave. A very good hotel.

I'm so glad I picked this hotel, it made my trip memorable. The staff and service were super helpful and friendly, and I'd definitely recommend it. There's a restaurant too, which was a nice extra. The atmosphere feels really luxurious for the price 👍👍

The staff are friendly and nice with guests. If anything comes up, just ask at reception and they'll help sort it out. Breakfast is very good, filling, and the food is clean. The hotel is very good.
