People smoke openly in the lobby. If you don't smoke, I'd avoid this place.

I'm especially grateful to one of the receptionists for helping me avoid being scammed by the yellow cab drivers. The staff were helpful, and although they didn't understand English, Google Translate let us communicate well. The place is very clean and organized, and the rooms are spacious and tidy.
