The breakfast included was amazing, and the location made it easy to walk to all the places we wanted to see. We felt safe, and despite our room facing the street, it was very quiet at night. The beds were comfortable, and the curtains blocked out the light well. From the moment we arrived, Aslan and Ahmet welcomed us with smiles, checked us in, and offered tea or coffee. They also have a great cappuccino machine. We couldn't have been happier with the hotel. I just can't say enough good things about it.

At 1 AM, we let Arslan Harun know we had an early departure, and by 6 AM he had made sandwiches so we wouldn't leave hungry. That kindness and attention really made the place special. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our amazing stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the location was perfect for exploring Istanbul. We'd highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a welcoming, professional stay.

The hotel was spotless, rooms were cleaned daily, and breakfast had a good selection. The staff were amazing and so helpful, especially Erkan Kardash and Aslan Bey, who made everything easy and comfortable. We spent seven nights here with my wife and three daughters and had a great stay. It's right in the heart of Istanbul, surrounded by impressive architecture and restaurants, with plenty of places to eat just outside. Topkapi Palace, Gulhane Park, Hagia Sofia, and Sultan Ahmet (Blue Mosque) are a 5-10 minute walk away. The hotel has its own exchange bureau and offers fantastic rates. The UK rate I got was 50 Liras to the £1, while the hotel offered 55 Liras to the £. We'd definitely recommend it.

The staff were kind and quick to help whenever we asked, and breakfast had lots of tasty choices. We came to Istanbul as a family for the first time, and being near the historic buildings made getting around easy. The rooms were clean and nice, though the pillows felt a little too hard. We had such a great week that we'd come back. Thanks for the delicious coffees :) XO-Boróka

Breakfast was delicious each morning, and our room stayed clean and comfortable. We were visiting with friends, and the staff treated everyone warmly, wherever they were from. Their patience and care meant a lot to us. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.
