After our 10-hour flight, we arrived at 1 in the morning and were told they couldn't accommodate us because the price we'd paid through hotels.com was lower than their price. We'd reserved a family room for four nights, but had to go find somewhere else to stay that late. If you care about yourself or your family, stay away from this hotel.

The man was very kind and helped us a lot, and otherwise everything was fine. The location is very convenient, with easy access to everything. There's a ticket seller past "KamilKoç" who sells plane and bus tickets, though I strongly advise against asking them to buy one. They were irresponsible about the wrong tickets they purchased, and we had to pay compensation. The rooms were a little dusty, you could hear outside noise through the windows, and there was no elevator.

It's very expensive now and not worth the price. I wouldn't stay here even for 300TL. The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, so don't be taken in by the reviews. I don't recommend it. They don't speak English well, and unfortunately, they discriminate.

The hotel feels overpriced for these conditions. The room was like a tiny square, too small for two people, and the shower was literally 10 centimetres from the toilet, leaving no room for a comfortable stay.

We stayed for more than a week and felt at home. The room was clean, the atmosphere cozy, and the staff were helpful and always smiling. If you're in Kadıköy and want an affordable home away from home, Mood is a good fit :)
