Hatay Hotel Istanbul - Boutique Class

The staff were very helpful, even helping us take our luggage to the nearby train station after checkout. The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from the train and Sirkeci tram station, and there’s a lift to the upper floors. The price was quite reasonable. I totally recommend it.

We stayed in November 2025 and had a very cozy, clean room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. They changed our towels every day. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The receptionist was especially friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. It made the atmosphere feel warm. Huge thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely come back and recommend the hotel to our friends.

The metro and tram stop are nearby, and the hotel is very clean with good service. Breakfast was really tasty. The receptionist was great and helped us with everything, and the staff from Uzbekistan were helpful too. Thank you! I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location and one staff member, the bald man at reception, were the only good parts. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We called our room “the ashtray.” Every time we opened the curtains, we saw the disgusting scene in the pictures. I don’t understand why they don’t clean it. The room was extremely small, there wasn’t enough space for our two pieces of luggage, and the bedsheets were dirty. The towels were stained and disgusting, too. After a full day walking around Istanbul, we came back the first night to find the room hadn’t been cleaned. Our towels were still on the floor. At reception, we asked for clean ones so we could shower, but the man said they had none and were waiting for the laundry. That’s not acceptable. He said they hadn’t cleaned because we didn’t leave our keys at reception, but nobody told us that at check-in. Breakfast was just okay, so after day two we started eating elsewhere. Save yourself time and money and stay somewhere else.
