The check-in was straightforward, thanks to clear, detailed instructions sent beforehand. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the central location put everything we needed nearby. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Vera was a huge help throughout our visit, from check-in through check-out, and was always ready when we needed something. The apartment felt comfortable and like home, with good amenities, and it was a nice place to unwind after long days walking around Istanbul. Upside Apartment, Istiklal Caddesi is right in the middle of the city, with shops, cafés, restaurants, and public transport just steps away. That made exploring so easy. The apartment was clean and well equipped too. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend it for a comfortable base in a great location.

Really nice room for a longer stay, with plenty of space and everything I needed. My windows faced Istiklal Street, but the soundproofing worked so well that the noise didn’t bother me at all.

Vera was wonderful to deal with. She made sure the key app worked and left a physical key card as we’d asked. When the lift needed work just as we were leaving, she came right over to help with our cases, which we really appreciated. We stayed a week at Upside apartments, and the flat suited us perfectly. It was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a real treat. The street below is extremely busy, but the soundproofing is superb. I’ve recommended it to friends visiting in September and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for a lovely week.
