The rooms are small and cozy, but very well equipped, including a mini kitchenette, and housekeeping is provided. This is a nice little place in the Boyoglu area, just minutes on foot from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Since there’s no reception, make sure to tell the host your arrival and check-in time beforehand. My host was kind enough to meet me at 1:30 in the morning with the key and check me in. Worth considering if you’re staying around here.

I was very disappointed. The photos and the actual accommodation didn’t match at all. It was old, dirty, and smelled bad, and needs urgent repairs. I paid 110$/night, and it wasn’t worth the money.

The apartment is nice, though those stairs are a killer.
