The constant requests for extra payment for nearly everything were frustrating, and one receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The rooms also weren’t clean, with serious hygiene problems. The stay didn’t feel worth the money. Management should seriously improve the cleanliness and customer service.

The staff were excellent and very helpful, and the location is extraordinary, with every single tourist attraction reachable on foot. The rooms are a bit retro and breakfast could be better, but it seems ideal for a budget holiday or backpackers. Thanks for everything.

Breakfast was always understocked, just the bare minimum, and the rooms were filthy with hardly any basic facilities. We paid for internet and air conditioning, but got neither. When we asked about them, the replies were dismissive and dishonest, with promises that the internet and AC would be fixed “soon” that never came through. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and kept lying about things while ignoring guests’ needs. This place doesn’t feel like a hotel at all, more like a wartime barracks. A disaster.

The hotel is convenient for the city center, just a few meters from the Metro Station, with pubs, restaurants, and small shops on the same block. The staff were kind, and Erdal at reception was friendly and handled our requests as quickly as possible. Our room was cleaned daily and had heat, so it stayed warm. Breakfast came with the price. It was basic, but more than enough for what we paid. Good value overall.
