I booked and paid for four nights through expedia, but when I arrived on the first day, a man outside told me the hotel was shut. I tried calling and got no answer, so I had to find another hotel through expedia. Check that it's open before you go. Somehow you can book and pay for a place that's closed.

I chose this hotel for its location, but the noise made it impossible to sleep. Bars on the VERY noisy street play loud music late into the night, and there’s NO soundproofing AT ALL, so I was awake until 3am. The room also smelled of cigarettes, and although Booking said breakfast was provided, the hotel didn’t offer it. Honestly, I’m very disappointed. I got the location I wanted, but no sleep.

The owners were really nice and attentive, and the staff were amazing. The place was super clean, with a spacious room and a good-sized bathroom. You’re close to great restaurants, Galataport, and galata tower, and the area felt safe and nice. The location is amazing, near everything, and there’s free Turkish breakfast too. I’m so glad I found this hotel.

We liked it so much that we cancelled another booking and stayed longer. Zeno suites has a great central spot near restaurants, transport, and sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless and cosy, though not very big. The towels and bedding were crisp and clean. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The price and central location are the only reasons I’d rate this hotel well. It has potential, but a few things didn’t meet expectations, including a completely broken hairdryer in the room.
