My wife and I booked three nights, but when we reached the listed address, we were sent to another hotel and told it was “the same.” The first room was filthy and smelled awful, with its only window facing a messy balcony that offered no privacy. When we asked for the room we’d booked, they put us in a windowless basement room. The sheets were dirty, the mattress had stains, and the room was dusty and damp. The bathroom was falling apart. At 4 AM, brown water came up through the shower drain and flooded into the living area, soaking our luggage. We couldn’t sleep. Reception refused to give us a proper refund and said Booking.com would take care of it. That was a lie. We lost money and time, and the experience was awful. The photos are misleading, the rooms are dirty, and management is dishonest. I wouldn’t give this place even one star. I need to add this because they’re nothing but liars. This place is filthy and unsafe, and the people running it have no respect for guests. If you want to risk your health, sanity, and money, go ahead. Otherwise, stay far away from this dump.

We booked three nights, but at the Booking address they sent us to a different hotel, Qden Hotel, and claimed the owner and rooms were the same. That wasn’t true. The first room was dirty and smelly, with scribbles all over the walls and a window facing a cluttered balcony where strangers could look in. We asked for the room we’d actually booked, and they offered a windowless basement room instead. Tired and hungry, we accepted, which was a huge mistake. The bedding was dirty, the mattress had red stains like blood, the room was dusty and damp, the air conditioner stank, and the bathroom was falling apart. At 4 AM, dirty brown water poured out of the shower and flooded the room, soaking our suitcase and belongings. We stayed awake in disgust, then went to reception at 7 AM to ask for a refund. They said Booking would refund us, but neither Booking nor Agoda helped despite our repeated emails. We lost money, time, and peace of mind. The place is filthy and dangerous, the photos are fake, and in our experience they won’t return your money. I’d give it minus zero stars if I could. In response to the hotel’s lies: nobody stayed in that filthy hotel after what I posted. I’d only have stayed if I really wanted to risk scabies, bed bugs, mold-related infections, or some other health hazard growing in those rooms. I’m adding two more photos to show that we booked another hotel for exactly the same dates as this one. We left with two of the three paid nights still unused, and they never refunded those nights despite promising and swearing they would. If they claim they refunded anything, they should show real proof like I did, stop hiding behind lies, and own what they did. Shame on everyone involved.

I’m probably being a bit subjective here. The room was so-so for the price. The TV didn’t work, I could hear different voices around the hotel, and on our last night the power was out all night. When we booked, they offered to pick us up from the airport for 55 euros. Around the area, though, there were posters advertising airport transfers for 40 euros. We were traveling with our three boys, so I figured it was fine. At the hotel, we tried to pay as agreed, but they didn’t have change for 100 euros. I gave him 10 euros extra and asked him to book our return trip to the airport for Sunday. My wife found an aquarium for us to visit that Sunday, so we changed plans. In the morning we asked for the money back because we wouldn’t be leaving from there anymore. He said he’d already booked the driver but could send us a taxi to the aquarium, and I agreed. I asked for it by 3 PM at the latest because of our flight. First he said 3:15, then said it would take another 15-20 minutes, so I decided to take a taxi to the airport instead. I think they’re good people, but they’ll do anything for money. They have plenty of tourists, so if someone’s upset, another guest will come along. Hope he enjoys the 55 euros :)

The shower had warm water, which was nice, and the room size was manageable for one person, or two at most if you’re stretching your budget. For what I paid, it was fine. There were no coffee or tea packets or small bottles of water in the room, though. The bed was hard as a rock, with lots of springs sticking out, and my back was really sore after the second night.
