I came to the hotel at the agreed time after confirming by phone that a room was available. On arrival, they said it wasn’t ready and first asked me to wait 10 minutes. After I’d waited in the lobby for around 15-20 minutes, they said the previous guests had just left and cleaning would take at least another 20 minutes. Then they offered to send me to another branch. I’d made the trip trusting what I’d been told, and left disappointed. The wait kept changing and the information wasn’t clear, so I was unhappy with the service. Because I was dissatisfied with the situation, they kicked me out of the hotel.

The hotel was clean, tidy, and hygienic, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Its location right on the E5 highway made getting around and traveling much easier. For the service and comfort, the price felt excellent. I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Libra Hotel and can recommend it for the location, cleanliness, and budget-friendly quality. I’ll choose it again next trip. Thanks for everything!

We work in epoxy and travel all over Türkiye, and Libra Hotel delivered well for its price compared with other places I’ve stayed. I was very pleased with my night there. The rooms were spotless, stylishly decorated, and comfortable. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. It was relaxing, especially because the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, and the location was very convenient too. A good choice for work or leisure. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back. Thank you, Libra Hotel!
