Hotel Kralice

I was supposed to stay four nights, but I'm checking out early on the first morning. In all my years working as flight crew and staying in good and bad hotels, I've never seen one worse. I couldn't sleep because I felt so uncomfortable, and the aggressive, mean employees made me feel under threat. Guests can hear each other through the walls. At checkout, they didn't give me a billing receipt and shouted bad words in their language, not realizing I understood them. Check-in alone took over 45 minutes because reception couldn't manage the rooms. The staff were impolite and disrespectful, shouted aggressively when spoken to, and didn't speak English. The room was tiny, barely walkable, and not designed for people. The air conditioning was controlled by staff, and I couldn't change the temperature. When I asked them to adjust it, they shouted and told me to open the window. There was a tiny wall-mounted TV, no tissues, shoe shine kit, or sewing kit. The bathroom had no soap, shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner, just a wall-mounted liquid soap dispenser like in a public toilet. The price is what you'd expect for a five-star hotel, but this place is as described and isn't worth more than $5 a day. I don't recommend it to anyone.

This is my favorite place to stay in Istanbul. I love the design inside, the location is amazing, and the service is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is really good and beautiful. I liked it a lot, and its location is amazing.

The food was really nice, and the staff were very friendly. Everything was very clean, and there's no smoking. Better than a five-star hotel.
