The service was awful. Even with an online reservation, they kept us waiting an hour, claiming there was no booking, and threatened us against leaving a bad review. Staff were rude and seemed unable to understand anything. The area felt very dangerous, and the noise went on until morning, so we couldn’t sleep.

I only spent one night at NAYLA Hotel Istanbul, and it wasn’t what I expected. The cost didn’t feel justified by the service. There wasn’t any tea available after 11 PM, or water or tea in the room. We’d been told breakfast was included, but in the morning they said there’d be none because there weren’t many guests. Nobody on staff was available to deal with our concerns. Based on this stay, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Breakfast was to my liking, and they cleaned my room each day, changing the sheets and towels. The hotel was nice and clean, with good service. I especially appreciated OMAR at reception, who was open-minded and very professional. I strongly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely return if I come to Istanbul. 10/10 ++++++

The hotel manager called me at 14:00 on my third day, although I’d booked for a few nights. He said I had to check out immediately or pay an extra TR 200 per night because the hotel had made a mistake during the original booking. That’s very unprofessional management. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
