6/10
The friendly, welcoming staff were a bright spot, and the location is handy for major tourist attractions. But the thin walls let noise from neighboring rooms through easily. There’s barely any wardrobe space, just a small hanging section without proper storage. It doesn’t feel up to the standard of a three-star hotel. It could work if you only need somewhere to sleep. There’s no lobby or shared area where you can relax or spend time outside your room.

Everything was within walking distance, and the hotel was comfortable and in a great location. The staff were really nice and friendly. Aygun was especially wonderful, provided good service, and sorted out all our questions.

The hotel has its own atmosphere and is in a perfect location. The walls are thick, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke, possibly because guests in the neighboring room smoke. Even so, it’s a nice place to stay.

It took us two hours to find this hotel because the streets are so narrow that driving through them is nearly impossible. There’s no parking, and the place is small and dirty. Don’t trust the positive reviews or photos, it looks nothing like the pictures.

Omer was so kind and did everything he could to help us. We’re very grateful to him. The hotel service was excellent.
