The staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Ozan, the manager, who speaks excellent English. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including some amazing homemade cakes, and the rooftop bar has great views. The rooms and public areas were spotless, even though the hotel itself is old fashioned. It's a fabulous find in the Old City, less than 15 minutes on foot from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. If you're a light sleeper, you might need earplugs when the morning call to prayer starts, though I soon fell back asleep. I'd definitely return.

The staff made our stay feel special. Everyone was friendly, kind, and professional, and we felt so welcome that we would happily have stayed longer. Hotel Niles is a charming building with comfortable, clean rooms, an amazing breakfast, and a gorgeous terrace view. It's easy to walk to the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, and other major sights, and there's a tram stop nearby for getting around. I'd definitely recommend it for a stay in Istanbul. Hello everyone 🤗 If you love travelling to Istanbul, Turkey, I'd suggest staying at Niles hotel. It's a beautiful, nostalgic place with wonderful service. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back in the near future. It's a pleasant place to stay, and what impressed me most was how wonderfully everyone who works there treated us. My daughter and I spent a week here, and it was wonderful. The room was nice and comfortable, and the staff were exceptional and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of all the pertinent sites. Thank you, Hotel Niles, for a great stay in Istanbul!
