Hotel Keskin Kartal

Lovely 🤩

The room could have been cleaner, and cigarette smoke had spread through the whole space, which was unpleasant. I'd ask for a non-smoking room if you stay here. The location is excellent, though, and the reception staff were very helpful.

It was noisy enough to make sleep difficult, and I couldn't find anything positive about the place. There's no hot water, and the tiny disposable shampoos were damp and rusty. The staff are stubborn and respond to complaints as if they're scolding you. You have to give reception your phone number to get on the internet, and the connection is weak. Cleanliness was poor.

The quality didn't match the high price, and we left after 5-6 hours even though we'd planned to stay the night. There wasn't any water, and there was no bar of soap or liquid hand soap. Just two tiny shampoo and shower gel bottles, barely enough for adults to wash their hands once. It was a bad choice for us, and I hope other guests don't run into the same thing. We had hoped 850 TL would feel like better value.
