From 1st to 6th June, we stayed here and had an amazing time. It's hard to praise the hotel enough. The tram stops right outside, Marmaray station is 30 seconds away, and all the major sights are walkable. The front desk staff were brilliant, always smiling, kind, and ready to answer all my questions. They also helped me figure out the best routes when I needed to go further afield. I drink icy water in the UK, and after I mentioned it, they made sure cold bottles were waiting for me every night. The staff are a real asset to this hotel. If I come to Istanbul again, I'll stay here. Thank you all so much ❤️

Traveling with kids can be stressful, but the staff made everything easier. Noor at breakfast was so sweet and really helped my family, and Rosa, our housekeeper, was lovely and brought us everything we needed. At reception, Murat, Musood and Envir answered all our questions with a smile and gave us excellent recommendations. The service throughout was impeccable. It's a lovely hotel, honestly one of the best, and I wish we'd stayed longer. I'd highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

Mr. Burak was the reason we didn't give this place one star. He was extremely kind and helpful, and did all he could to make us comfortable and sort out what we needed. He was the only thing that improved our stay. The hotel's location in Sirkeci is great, very close to the tram. But it lacked basic things. They didn't have an iron when we asked, there was no hot water during our stay, and they couldn't provide even a toothbrush when we requested one.

Seher and Berat hosted us at breakfast, which had plenty of choices, and both suggested good places to visit in Istanbul. The family room we booked was one of the larger ones, tidy and spacious. Mahmoud and Anwar were especially friendly and accommodating, helping us plan a day's itinerary and offering the tours at a very good price. My dream Istanbul hotel is ideally located. The Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sofia and Topcapi Palace are all walkable, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was a great first experience in Istanbul, and we'll be back.
