The place is very clean and everything looks new. The receptionist made us feel comfortable and was very welcoming. She also helped us with taxis, managing to sort things out despite the language barrier. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The AC wasn't working, and the hotel said it would take three days to fix it. They failed to resolve the problem, and since it was June, I had to find somewhere else to stay that night. I asked for help cancelling the reservation, but was told I had to do it through Agoda, even though I had already checked in. I ended up losing the payment for four nights. A very negative experience.

The rooms look nice and were clean, but don't expect much beyond that. The breakfast was a joke, with everything stone cold and left sitting who knows how long. There are no facilities. Ask for anything and the answer is no: a microwave, no; drinks, no. If looks matter and character doesn't, this is the place.

The rooms are lovely, the breakfast is great, and it's easy to get to. Public transport isn't the best around this neighborhood, so having a car would be better. Excellent value for money, highly recommend!
