The food was hygienic and good quality, the facilities were clean, and the team handled everything with care. I was impressed by the customer service and by how professional and friendly the staff were. Thank you all for a very warm stay. One small suggestion: extending breakfast hours to 10:30 AM would give guests more flexibility for a relaxed morning. I truly enjoyed my visit and wish the hotel continued success. Best regards, Hogar Muhammad

Zafer made a real difference during my stay. He's one of the best staff members I've met, with a warm manner, professionalism, and a willingness to help that went above and beyond. The room and facilities also exceeded what I expected, and the hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Service throughout was outstanding, with a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to the whole team for making my time in Istanbul so enjoyable. I highly recommend the hotel and hope to return. Best regards Saifullah

The hotel's location was perfect for getting to restaurants, the tram, metro, shops, and Grand Bazaar. I booked four days and have no complaints about where it's situated. The breakfast, though, was identical each day, and people smoked on the restaurant balcony and even inside the building. Staff had a good attitude and were very nice, but they didn't change the bed linen during my stay. On the last day I got a breakfast package, though I couldn't tell whether the drink was dated.

Darkhill Hotel made my time in Istanbul easy. It's convenient for getting around, and the neighborhood is nice to walk through. The room was fresh-smelling, clean, and comfortable, and I slept well after long days of travel. Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. The staff were sweet and helpful, treating us with respect every day. I felt safe and comfortable throughout this peaceful stay. I'm really glad I chose this place and would love to come back. I strongly recommend Darkhill Hotel.

The rooftop restaurant on the top floor has a great view, good food, and excellent hookah. Downstairs, reception staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms stayed clean with daily housekeeping, and breakfast was good. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend the hotel.
