The reception team were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, and close to everything. I highly recommend staying here, and it’ll be my first choice when I visit Istanbul.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and honestly this was my best stay. I’ll definitely book with them again when I come back, inchaa’Allah. What really made it special was the staff. Omer and Aisha are the best receptionists I’ve ever come across. They were so caring, nice, and amazing that they took the whole stay to another level. I even asked them about some of the Google reviews. They said the management had changed recently, which could explain why my experience was different from what other people described. The restaurant upstairs was a bit loud on some days, but they shut down by 12, so it wasn’t much of a problem. I couldn’t recommend this place more to anyone traveling.

We spent four days here and found the hotel quiet, warm, and clean, with fresh renovation and a nice design. It was easy to walk to Istanbul’s historic sights, including Sultanahmet and Taksim, and we enjoyed evening strolls along the waterfront. A lovely choice for a romantic trip for two.

There was construction noise outside because a new hotel is being built nearby, and nobody gave me basic information at check-in about Wi-Fi, breakfast, or checkout. I’d asked in advance for the sofa downstairs to be made up, and they confirmed, but it wasn’t ready. The safe was broken and my belongings got stuck inside. Staff helped only after I asked three times, and it still wasn’t fixed. If you’re in room 302, good luck. The toilet smelled like sewage for the first three days, then like smoke. There were also too few little conveniences: one socket by the upstairs bed, none by the downstairs sofa, just one bottle of water despite the booking saying how many people were staying, and no coffee capsules even though there was a machine.
