In 2022 I booked an economy room and it was so cramped there was barely room to walk. When I raised it, they said it was the best room I'd ordered and a bigger one would cost extra. I accepted that since I'd chosen the economy room. This year, in 2025, I paid extra and reserved a premium room so I wouldn't get stuck in that tiny room again. After check-in, the key took me to the exact same room, just on another floor. They insisted it was premium. When I reminded them about 2022, the same person I'd dealt with both times claimed they'd upgraded my economy room to premium back then, which wasn't true. I'm sure this isn't a premium room, and it felt like they were trying to get me to pay even more for a larger one. If you want to get burned here, call him directly and ask for room photos. Otherwise you could end up in the same situation.

The room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping came consistently while treating our belongings with respect. Breakfast had a fresh, varied buffet. We also slept peacefully, since the hotel is near the main attractions but quiet enough at night. From arrival, the service was warm and welcoming, check-in went smoothly, and staff made an effort to help us feel at home. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

Le Petit Palace is our go-to hotel in Istanbul. It's in a great location, always clean, and the people are friendly.

Stayed here with my family and had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the housekeepers were amazing. Everything stayed clean and well stocked. Breakfast was good too. The location was the best part: about 10 minutes on foot to Hagia Sophia, 15 to Egyptian bazaar, and 8 to the ferries, with the tram even closer.
