The owner was rude and aggressive, spoke loudly to intimidate me, and wasn’t a man of his word. He cancelled my reservation, then changed his story and downgraded my room. After I paid a deposit, he kicked me out because I wouldn’t accept a dirty room. He said a clean room would cost an extra 250 TL. I was close to calling the police. Avoid this place. The room smelled bad, had dirty sheets with hair on them, and there was no cleaning. The bed was a mattress placed on top of a larger wooden mattress. The toilet was disgusting and badly installed, moving around and dripping urine and other stuff onto the floor. The shower cabin was disgusting too, and the ceiling was so low I bumped my head every time I got out of bed. The facilities were dirty, the service was bad, and the staff were aggressive. It was very expensive for the bad treatment and the zero services they offered. This place needs to be closed.

The metro station is less than a minute away, and there are shops nearby. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the manager was unfriendly and racist. The toilet was dirty, and I had to clean the shower cubicle every day because the cleaners didn’t wash it. They quoted one price and changed it later without telling me. Look elsewhere if you want better service.

We booked a deluxe family suite for 10 nights, but on arrival the receptionist said it wasn’t available and told me the reservation was cancelled at the same time. We were shocked when he asked for an extra 400 euro. I went to see the room, and it was disgusting, smelled awful, and had a broken toilet. I can’t believe what we saw. I’ll never go back. Avoid this place and these crooks.

The rooms were dirty and uncomfortable, with none of the basic utilities. Even for a single night, the place didn’t feel secure. Check-in with the tenant felt very suspicious, and he wasn’t cooperative with our request. He asked for extra money without any discussion. As a man, I wouldn’t recommend this place to travellers.
