The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome. The price was reasonable too, and the location was handy, just a short walk from the water. I'd definitely stay again.

We came from America, but left without staying because of the woman at the front desk. She yelled at me and kept raising the prices. I've never dealt with staff that mean, and she was absolutely rude. It's a nice location, but staff like this will drive customers away. Rudest girl ever. Who does she think she is, yelling at customers?

Zeynap was nice and helpful, but the management was the worst I've seen. They opened our door three times on the first day without permission, and wanted to do construction in our room while we were asleep. No one helped with our bags, and only about 20-30% of the staff spoke English.

I spent 12 days here and found the staff and owner really friendly and helpful. I'm from Kuwait, and these guys always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were comfortable, and everything you need is around the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, and all the staff are very good. I'll come back.
