The night reception staff were lazy and offered no customer service. There was no hospitality or communication with guests. Staff need retraining in how to greet and welcome hotel guests.

The rooms are clean and felt safe, and the location is great. The area just outside the hotel was a little dirty.

I’ve been to istanbul several times, and this amazing hotel is always my choice. Its location in the city center is perfect, close to everything: shopping centers, metro and bus stations, and all the famous restaurants in turkey. My room was big, clean, and amazing, with a view of istanbul and the sea. The hotel is one of the cleanest in the area, and the prices are affordable. The staff are extra friendly and super helpful. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting istanbul who wants to enjoy their stay ❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏

The rooms are on the small side, but the prices are fair for the service. It’s a good hotel in a great location.
