The Wi-Fi didn't work at all during our stay, which caused a lot of discomfort. The hotel lighting was dreary, and the lounge was cluttered with boxes and bags. Breakfast was a bit lackluster, but the rooms were spacious and the bathrooms clean and well maintained. It's good value, in a wonderful spot near shopping, trams and the grand bazar. There's also a decent view of the city and Bosphorus from the top floor.

The lounge was crowded with boxes, and the bathroom toilet was full of waste. The food was good, especially the cereal, and the internet worked well. But there was a constant vomit-like smell even though we hadn't vomited, and I got seven bites. I'm sure they weren't mosquito bites, and I think they may have been bed bugs.

This is a value hotel that works well for commercial clients on a budget, though I wouldn't recommend it for a family. It's conveniently placed for trams and trains and close to the Grand Bazarre. The room was reasonably clean, functional and adequate, and cleaners came daily. Breakfast was adequate too, served on the eighth-floor roof terrace with good views over the city and the Bosphorous.

The hotel offers above-average value for its price and location, with the metro six minutes away on foot. The electricity runs by card, the Wi-Fi worked without problems, and the AC worked, though adjusting its settings took some effort. In the mornings, hallway noise carried into the room. The lobby was always occupied by waiting guests and cluttered with suitcases, which spoiled the impression whenever I came back.

We spent six days here and had a very good stay. Shops and food are nearby, right in the heart of Istanbul, and the sea view from the top is amazing. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it for a vacation.
