The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was spotless, with a great shower, comfortable bed, A/C, TV, and refrigerator. Great value for a city hotel. We'll visit again.

The room was a good size, and everything worked. I had trouble aiming the shower, though. The fitting moved too easily, so it kept spraying the wall instead of me. Breakfast had a good variety.

I booked online through etstur a week before arriving in the city. At the hotel, the receptionist said they hadn't received an email from etstur and had no vacant rooms. They offered to arrange a room at a nearby hotel instead. I found the staff disrespectful and the hotel bad. I'll never use this site to book again.
