I barely slept, and left after one night to book somewhere else at the last minute for the rest of my Istanbul trip. This was easily my worst hotel stay. The room we booked on the second floor smelled so bad that we asked for another. They moved us to the ground floor, where we heard everyone in the lobby and elevator, along with the street noise. The walls were thin enough that we could hear the next room talking, watching TV, and showering. The rooms were shabby and didn’t look like the website photos. The air conditioner was old and ineffective, and the beds creaked and were uncomfortable. It felt more like a one- or two-star hotel. I strongly recommend booking somewhere else.

The reception staff member was so friendly and helpful throughout, and the rest of the hotel team were warm and always smiling. We felt very welcome and relaxed during our stay. The hotel is also close to the bazaars and Hagia Sophia.

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel is conveniently near the city center. Still, the neighborhood was quite dirty, though that seemed typical of Istanbul in general. My stay wasn’t very satisfying. The room was smaller and in worse shape than the photos suggested, and both it and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The place felt neglected. The air conditioning was very old and didn’t work properly. Breakfast was acceptable, but could definitely be better.

I especially want to thank [rami and Jesus], who went out of their way to help with our requests. The staff were attentive and very friendly, and made sure we had what we needed. The spacious, clean, comfortable rooms felt like a great place to unwind after a long day. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel if you’re after somewhere relaxing and pleasant.

The breakfast had a nice variety and was really good, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The staff were also so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make me comfortable. They even arranged taxis to different places, which made getting around much easier. I had a lovely stay and would come back.
