Emin Residence

The breakfast was honestly a 0: no eggs, just cucumber and tomato with a little goat cheese or a few mozzarella balls, four at most, and a small juice box instead of proper coffee. Housekeeping was just as bad. During our seven days, the room was “cleaned” once, poorly. There was hair in the drain, a dirty mirror, an unmade bed, and crumbs on the table. We told them each day they could come in, but they didn't. They supplied a dishwasher without detergent, brought clean dishes but left the dirty ones unless we put them outside, and even on the one occasion they came in, they left the used dishes behind. We chose this hotel because my girlfriend had surgery and we expected at least some basic care afterward. Nobody checked on her. The service felt poor from the start, with no greeting when we came in, and only two staff members spoke English, which made communication difficult. When we complained, staff laughed and didn't take us seriously. People kept blaming one another instead of helping or taking responsibility. We were very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you expect basic hygiene, respect, hospitality, or service.
