I was shocked by how different the property felt from what I'd booked. The place was poorly maintained and unclean, nowhere near the standard it claims to offer. The photos were completely misleading, and from the moment I arrived I felt scammed. I struggled to believe it was the same place shown online, and the whole experience felt fake, from the advertising onward. It was one of my worst stays, a complete waste of money, time, and expectations. I wouldn't stay again and strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The accommodation was poorly maintained and far below the promised standard. The photos, descriptions, and expectations set online had little to do with the reality, and the whole thing felt misleading. I even wondered whether the reviews and marketing described the actual property. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't return or recommend it. Save your money and look elsewhere.

We had a peaceful 16-day stay. For the price, this hotel is reasonable and affordable, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. There's also a very cute cat 🫣❤️. I'd recommend it 100 percent.

The staff didn't speak English, but they used their phones to translate and make suggestions, putting in the effort to help with everything. They made me feel like family. I spent four nights here, had a very nice bedroom, and an awesome experience. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay!

My reservation had been planned two months ahead, but on the day I was due to stay, the owner kicked me out. The previous guest in my room had missed a flight and extended their stay, and he gave that guest the room instead of putting me in it. UPDATE: The hotel chose to lie and not refund me. I booked through booking.com, and the man promised to refund me within 2 days. Even two weeks after this update, nothing had happened. This hotel is a thief and crook. Stay elsewhere, not at Esra.
