The noise made it hard to sleep. I could hear toilets flushing in other rooms at all hours, and I barely got any rest. The rooms were dusty and so poorly cleaned that, with my asthma and breathing problems, I had to clean mine myself just to stay there. It felt like a run-down hostel, and this was the worst hotel stay I've had. Breakfast was extremely basic and poorly served. The staff weren't friendly or helpful, and there was no sense of hospitality. The stay was bad enough that I changed my flight and went home early. I don't recommend this hotel. It was a waste of money and ruined my trip to Istanbul.

The location was good, and the room and breakfast restaurant had a nice view. Staff were professional and friendly, but WiFi sometimes went out. The double and twin rooms were both very small, with room for only a medium suitcase. The place felt more like a three-star apartment than a four-star international hotel. The room and furniture were old. Two towels were dirty and hairy, the blanket was torn, and there was no daily or welcome water or other amenities. Double room 301 had no refrigerator. The mattress was completely sunken on the right, so I kept slouching while asleep. The air conditioner vent looked as if it could fall off at any moment. The walls were thin, so hallway and room noise came through, and street noise came in through the window. The elevator only fit two people. There was no phone for calling reception or other rooms, and no toothbrush kit, tissues, or other basics expected at a four-star international hotel. Breakfast wasn't very extensive. Room service used a QR code and was expensive. They brought one dish wrong, didn't provide spoons or forks, and didn't refund the rest of the money. The serving was also smaller than it looked in the menu photo. A hotel transfer was very expensive too. With all respect to the staff, I don't recommend staying there.

I lost my wallet at the airport, and the staff helped me get it back. They also suggested places to visit and eat. They were very helpful.

The breakfast on the terrace was tasty, and I looked forward to it each day. The view was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had the basics I needed, especially a mini fridge and comfortable bed, and the WiFi was great to have. The location was perfect for me. The main historical square and its attractions are about a five-minute walk up the street, and there's a tram stop nearby for getting to most sights. Meeting spots for many EPass tours were close too. There are also small grocery stores, souvenir shops, ice cream, and restaurants along the street. The price was good.
