The spa is down in the basement. I had the massage and Turkish scrub, and both were fine, but there was no knee support and my knees hurt. They prefer cash, so I paid 2000 in cash. The Balinese women spoke English, while the Turkmenistani women spoke Turkish.

The drinks were great, and the rooftop bar has stunning views.

The staff were great, and it's in a really convenient spot for walking to popular places around the city. The price was pretty cheap, so I couldn't complain much, but the hotel itself seems old and needs an update. I couldn't get connected to the Wi-Fi.

I came for a hamum and massage and left happy with the experience. The two-hour spa visit included a thorough deep tissue massage from Rosa. She's amazing, and I highly recommend her, especially for the price.

It's a clean hotel with friendly staff, right in the center and close to Ziyapasha, which is popular with young people and food lovers. Breakfast was okay. Prices are good if you're after a standard option.
