I arrived late at night, checked in, and made a reservation, but the manager treated me like an unwanted visitor or a beggar instead of calling me by name. He showed me a card, but the payment hadn't gone through, so he asked me to pay cash. I did, then asked for a receipt and was refused. The room they showed me cost close to 500ri, but it was messy and the facilities were old. The kettle leaked, and mold was all over the bathroom. It felt worse than a 100ri place to stay. When I left the office, there was no greeting or smile. The first thing they answered about the minibar was what I was using it for. I'm a foreign tourist. If this hotel wants to succeed, it should know that foreign tourists spend more money than locals. Don't come here if you don't want your trip ruined. I spent a month traveling around Turkey and stayed in all kinds of hotels. I can't recommend this one.

The bed wasn't comfortable, and I thought the hotel's location was really poor. It's not far from the city center, but there's nothing around it, and the streets seemed dangerous to me. The room itself was okay, with air conditioning, a safe, and an inexpensive minibar. Breakfast was good.

The standard rooms have been recently renovated and were good value for the price. The pool was clean and plenty big. The location, though, wasn't good.

The elevator suddenly dropped from the lobby level to the basement while we were inside! Staff's response was to offer us another room. I'm so confused. If it had fallen from the third floor, we could have died. I'm literally speechless.
