Garden Park Otel

Breakfast was really bad.

At 1:30 AM, someone tried to force our room door open. We were terrified and left the hotel immediately. Even as we walked out, people were coming and going without luggage. After midnight, the noise and traffic around the hotel and rooms had already become unbearable, with people arriving with just bags and leaving about an hour later. We felt security and management were completely absent. We’d paid for our stay, but were humiliated and left stranded on the street in the middle of the night. Anyone thinking of staying here should know about the security problems.

The place was clean enough, and the location is nice, but the staff need urgent improvement. On the night of December 9, 2025, I ordered food and the reception worker was asleep. They wouldn’t open the door for the delivery person, so I did it myself. I also called to ask for cutlery and the man snapped at me because I’d woken him, then hung up. I travel a lot and have never dealt with a receptionist this rude. Someone should be on duty during working hours. Sleeping in a tucked away spot or behind the desk might be understandable, but this was too much. I think I used a few minibar items, and charging for water is absurd. A bed had also been thrown onto the reception desk. The customer service and tone were awful. Making the bed wasn’t good either. The staff member’s name is Özgür.

We found Garden Park Hotel quiet and clean, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Its location was lovely, and I’d happily stay there again.
