Nothing like the photos online, and we got no solution after raising our concerns. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and damp, and seemed as though it hadn't been cleaned. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows dirty, and corridor noise kept us awake all night. Reception staff were indifferent. A complete disaster of a stay.

I've stayed in plenty of hotels, and this was among the worst. We couldn't sleep all night because of the noise, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The room was neglected and extremely dirty, nothing like the photos; the sheets were stained and the bathroom smelled foul. When we raised these issues, the staff were rude and indifferent, brushing us off instead of helping. It wasn't worth what we paid. I'd never stay here again or recommend it.
