I stayed for two nights, and the rooms were clean. The staff, especially ali ihsan and his team, were kind, nice, and decent. The hotel itself isn’t planned well, though. On busy days, even using the elevator can be difficult. For the price compared with nearby hotels, it’s a good value.

The open buffet breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious, and Ms Figen was especially friendly and helped us a lot. The hotel was very clean, and the hospitality was spot on. We were really pleased with the whole stay and highly recommend it.

They cleaned my room every day, and the room service was excellent. I had a good time, and the staff were so hospitable. They did as much as they could to make vegetarian food for me. Yunus and all the other staff, big thanks for your efforts ❤️❤️

The rooms are large enough compared with other hotels, and room service was available at almost any time. The staff were ready to help, and breakfast is offered depending on the reservation. There’s also an open garage with enough free parking space. The hotel is in a good spot, around 10-15 minutes by car from everywhere in Gaziantep. Other hotels, hospitals, pharmacies, small restaurants, and markets are all around it.

It was a little hard to find the hotel, since it’s in the same building as the Hyundai dealership, behind it. Once there, we had great service and a really nice, spacious, quiet room. The staff paid attention to lots of little details, and they were very good. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom lighting was bright, and the shower had good pressure with hot water that was easy to adjust. Breakfast was fantastic, and they served the buffet in style even with covid still around.
