A small, inexpensive hotel compared with the others, at 35 lira per bed per night. There's no breakfast, but dining is available. The room has a shower and toilet. The people were flexible and considerate, and especially the night shift guy treated me nicely. They speak a little Arabic, but communication in English is very limited.
It's cheap, clean, and has fast Wi-Fi, with friendly hospitality. The hotel is right in the middle of the market. At night, I'd stay at the hotel rather than walk through the dark streets.
For a luxury stay, look elsewhere, since luxury places are already extremely expensive. If you're after a budget option, though, this is the cheapest and safest accommodation, and the service is excellent for what you pay. I stayed here for an exam, and getting to the university takes just one mode of transport. The staff are friendly.
This place doesn't feel like a hotel at all. It's filthy, has no hygiene, and smells bad, while the uncles running it seem completely uncaring. One star feels too generous. You'd be more comfortable buying cardboard with the money you'd pay here and sleeping on it.
It's a modest hotel, and the staff are warm, especially Kurmaz Bey and the owner, Mr. Selcuk.
