The food and service stood out for me, from the breakfast spread of local and international choices to the nicely presented restaurant dishes and attentive lounge service. The staff were warm and professional throughout, making the hotel feel welcoming as well as grand. There was plenty of comfort in the room too, with crisp sheets, carefully arranged pillows, a comfortable bed, soft towels, good toiletries and a rainfall shower. The bathroom, hallways and elevators were all spotless. The marble lobby, chandeliers and light fragrance gave the place a luxurious feel, with attractive decor, adjustable lighting and a well-stocked minibar adding to it. All this came at a good price, and it made for a memorable stay.

You can walk to the main shopping area in about two minutes, and restaurants and souks are nearby. The rooms are roomy and clean, though a few could use some renovation. Service was very good, welcoming and helpful.

The location is the biggest plus. The owner, Mert, is a kind man, and Veysel at reception was the most helpful and kind receptionist we’ve ever met. Everyone was very helpful.

This was my first hotel in Adana, and it was close to the airport. The rates were affordable, the Wi-Fi was good, and the rooms were clean and warm. Breakfast was good too. With the window open, though, the street was noisy. The room safe didn’t work, but you can use the one in the lobby if needed.

A cozy hotel right in the heart of Adana. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. Some of them speak a little English.
