At first, the hotel seemed like it would be nice. My parents-in-law and I were both assigned smoking rooms, even though none of us smoke, and nobody asked us about it. I only noticed after a while. They switched the room when I asked, without any trouble, but I’m surprised smoking rooms are assigned by default. The breakfast wasn’t at the standard I’d expect in Turkey, and I was surprised this is a four-star hotel. There aren’t any fitness facilities either.

The rooms were in excellent condition and clearly well looked after. The staff were also exceptionally courteous.

We arrived by car and asked for some tea to fill our thermos before a very long drive, but they refused rudely and insolently. They seemed to exploit us, especially since we were trying to rent a room late. The hotel is good, but so expensive.

At Adana Sirin Park Otel, the rooms were comfortable and tidy, and reception was always helpful. The breakfast staff were welcoming and served great food. They went above and beyond, and I’d highly recommend staying here in Adana.

I’ve been here for over 40 days, and the hotel is clean, nice, and amazing. The rooms are large, and the decor is spot on. Every staff member is nice and helpful, and they’re available 24/7. There’s a wide choice at breakfast, and all the food is very good. I highly recommend it.
