The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet leaked constantly, leaving a small pool of water in the middle of the floor. On top of that, we were given a much smaller room than the one pictured when we booked. I showed the receptionist screenshots of my reservation, but he still tried to tell me I'd booked a different room. We had already paid in advance, yet on arrival they said the payment hadn't gone through and tried to charge us the full price again.

We came away feeling rested and really happy with our stay at Adatepe boutique hotel. The food was delicious, and we'd recommend the pişi. Our room was spotless when we arrived, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help, especially Kaan. My family and I would definitely come back for the quiet and welcoming service. No regrets!

The gentleman working there was polite and attentive, and we had a very good breakfast, but cleanliness was a serious problem. The bathroom was sticky, with hair, dirt, grease and soap residue, and the toilet edges were filthy. There was no ventilation, and the toilet and bathroom smelled strongly of damp and dirt. A leak from the upstairs toilet had left marks on the ceiling, and damp had cracked a wall that nobody had repaired. When I switched on the bedside light, it fell on my head. We could hear furniture being moved upstairs, and the room itself was cramped, dark and dusty. We'd chosen it after reading positive reviews and even paid extra for a room we expected to be nicer. After staying there, we felt anxious. He showed us photos of how extremely dirty it was.
