We came to the area to visit Mount Nemrut and wanted to avoid the city center, traffic, and parking hassles. The location worked well, close to historical sites near Adıyaman, with parking available. The GM and the rest of the staff were genuinely nice and helpful, and made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was amazing. Thank you!

We booked a room for three with one double bed and two twin beds, but got a double bed and a couch. The pool looked larger in the photos, which seemed photoshopped, and although the pictures showed loungers and chairs, there were none. The advertised spa, sauna, and hamam don't exist, and neither does the rooftop bar or restaurant promised on the website. Nothing was as described. When we raised this with the manager, he verbally assaulted us. He was rude and didn't care. Tour groups arrive every day, so he seems to think he doesn't need to provide any service. We booked through Expedia, and after we explained the situation, they tried to contact him to ask that we not be charged. He pretended not to be there and not to speak English. When we were ready to leave, we said our card was on file with Expedia and he could take it up with them. He became more aggressive and eventually charged my card using the number on file. Avoid this place at all costs. You've been warned!

The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was big, and the hotel itself is good. But it could never be a four-star hotel. In Turkey, the idea of four stars would be considered a two- or three-star hotel elsewhere.
