Reception is staffed around the clock, which made me feel looked after the whole time. It was easy to park my motorbike right outside reception too. Mehmet Akf was very helpful, and the customer service was spot on. This was my second stay at Ege Premium Hotel, and it was brilliant again. I'd definitely recommend it to motorbike travellers and anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient place to stay.
The location was the main reason I picked this hotel. The mall is just a one-minute walk away, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The room and breakfast were both pretty ordinary, and being close to the main road made it a bit noisy. We stayed one night, and they let us check in early. I waited at the mall and returned at 2pm, but the man still hadn't brought our luggage to the room. I asked him to take it up since I couldn't leave my child alone, and he said he couldn't 😂. In the end I carried everything myself and left my kid alone in the room. Maybe we'll stay here again if we come back to Afyon.
The balconies were really nice, and the price was reasonable. We stayed for one night on our way to Antalya.
Everything was excellent, from the staff's attention and service to the parking, warm room, cleanliness, and breakfast. It felt like the comfort of a five-star hotel. Wishing you continued success.
Whenever I'm in Afyonkarahisar for business, I recommend Ege Premium Hotel. I've stayed at lots of hotels in the area, and this one is better than many nearby. We were very happy with the rooms and attentive staff. Since we were new to Afyon, the friendly receptionists helped us with hotel reservations and suggestions for places to visit.
