Future Park

We paid in full for an apartment we bought in 2013, and the company gave us a written letter confirming we owed nothing. We took the case to court after the company went bankrupt without handing over the title deeds. The apartment was physically delivered to us in 2018. An expert report in 2024 confirmed it was habitable, fully paid for, and in our possession. Now the bankruptcy administration wants more than 50.000 $ from us before releasing the title. The costs are already a big problem: rent is very expensive, as are the electricity and water bills. Electricity is especially expensive. We can’t wait to move out of there. It’s the worst place I’ve ever seen. 💔 I feel I should warn people about the landlord at Future Park Apartments. In my experience, they were untrustworthy, charging excessive fees and making what I felt were unjustified deductions from the security deposit. It seemed like they kept looking for ways to get more money from tenants. Getting problems addressed was difficult. Communication was evasive or absent, and maintenance requests were ignored or only partly handled, leaving issues and repairs for tenants to deal with. The landlord seemed more interested in collecting rent than keeping the apartments comfortable. They also entered apartments without proper notice or justification, which showed no respect for privacy. Trying to hold them responsible went nowhere, and they wouldn’t address legitimate concerns. I strongly advise potential tenants to avoid Future Park Apartments and its landlord. The experience was stressful and unpleasant, and I felt the landlord disregarded tenant rights and legal obligations.

The rent is 7000tl, with 1200tl for aidat. Bills come to almost 9000 tl, and electricity alone is 7000tl. I don’t recommend living there at all. We can’t wait to move out.
