I stayed for three months on the 3rd floor of Urban Quarters, and the street had everything you might need. Every service and need was handled with quality and hospitality. Gülşah Kar was the liaison, and her attention to detail was outstanding. The cleaning staff were helpful and nice, and they worked quickly and efficiently.

The internet was relatively good, and the room itself was very nice. Access to both the apartment and room was easy with the centralized computerized lock. Gulsah, the admin, was friendly and helpful.

The location was absolutely perfect, and the flat was clean with plenty of space. Our host Gulşah was welcoming and helpful during our week-long stay in December. We’ll stay here again when we’re back in Istanbul.

The hotel's interior is cozy and quite pleasant, and its location is excellent. Cleanliness was somewhere in the middle, not perfect but not terrible. I checked in around 11:00 PM and found the shower wasn't draining properly. The administration didn't answer calls or messages at that hour, so I had to clean it myself. On my second day, a power outage caused some discomfort, though it may have been outside the hotel's control. The day before I left, someone called to say electricity would be restored soon. I asked for the trash to be taken out and was offered fresh towels, but neither was there when I got back to the room. Hot water never returned after the outage. There was also a device in the hallway on my floor that beeped every minute and made it hard to sleep. I reported it, but the administration didn't do anything about it.

There are local shops around that stay open late, and it’s a lovely flat in a great spot, about a 15-minute walk to the Galata bridge and Taksim Square. The communal rooftop is a must experience, with astonishing views over the city.
