Waves Hotel

I stayed here with my mom and dad, and we had an amazing experience. The staff were lovely and looked after us so well. Whenever we needed something, they made sure we got it right away. They even gave me pain killers when I needed them. They went above and beyond what I expected from hotel staff. Definitely stay here if you're looking for a peaceful stay without worries.

Even though I got in quite late, the welcome felt just as warm as if it were the middle of the day. The room had plenty of space and a comfortable bed. Kader at reception was lovely and helped me find places to go and affordable ways to get around. I'd happily recommend this hotel.

This was a disgusting stay, and being a budget hotel doesn't make it acceptable. The room reeked of cigarettes and seemed to be falling apart: cracked walls, plaster and paint on the floor, loose outlets hanging from the wall, and a huge stain beside the bed. There was ash in the ashtray and old gum stuck to the bedroom napkins. We had to ask reception for blankets, and every one we got, along with the pillows, had yellow stains. The blanket and curtain also had cigarette burns. The bathroom had no soap in the dispenser, just three small shampoo bottles, and there was poop on the shower head, behind the toilet, and on the outside of it. I didn't expect this at all. The price should be lower, and I would tell people not to book.

We had a good stay at Waves Hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, from reception and the bell man to the kitchen team, who made beautifully toasted bread. They also helped us find a nearby shopping center and local Turkish food.
